Last night I made one mistake twice, during Still Mike’s set.
I hesitated. Two walk-ons were made and I didn’t pull the trigger on them and allowed them to skirt by unsupported.
So that got me thinking, is it better to go ahead and pull the trigger even if you aren’t sure of a walk-ons intention, or is it better to hesitate until the picture becomes clearer to you? I think the answer that I came up with is that it is better to pull the trigger, because if you fuck up, you can fix that, but if you wait too long, that moment will never happen again.
It also got me thinking about a note Anthony King gave me a long time ago. Just assume that the people doing walk-ons are doing it for a reason.
I’ll get this shit down yet!
*Woke up this morning and did my 5 miles. 8:43 mins/mile
